This enchanting four-bedroom, semi-detached abode, a harmonious blend of contemporary flair and homely vintage charm, making it the quintessential haven for families seeking their dream domicile. With its vibrant colour palette and meticulously curated interiors, each room radiates warmth and invitation.
Five things our current owners love about their home;
1. I love the open plan layout, it's great for keeping an eye on my son when I'm cooking and also gives him loads of space to run about.
2. The location is brilliant. Tesco is a short walk away, the train station at Croy is a 20 min walk with direct trains to Glasgow and Edinburgh and there's a few play parks also in walking distance.
3. I love spending time in the conservatory. I've set it up as a playroom and it's so bright and airy. We spend a lot of time in there.
4. The garden gets sun all day so when it's dry we like to have picnics outside and I set up a paddling pool for my son. We have some regular squirrel visitors that he likes to watch.
5. The top bedroom is a brilliant space. I use it for guests to visit and they all comment on how big it is.
The lounge, where vivacious hues set the scene for a space where family moments are to be cherished. The seamless flow leads you into a chic, modern kitchen, equipped with sleek white gloss cupboard doors, wood effect laminate countertops, and a versatile breakfast bar an area that promises to be the nucleus of family interaction. Adjacent lies a delightful sunroom, a versatile extension perfect for a children's play area or an alternative relaxing retreat.
Convenience is assured with a ground floor WC, while the first floor unfolds to reveal three amply proportioned bedrooms. The standout double bedroom is a symphony of cheerful pinks and yellows, boasting built-in storage, ensuring a clutter free sanctuary. Two additional bedrooms exude tranquility, with the soothing blues and whites, and are equally generous in size, one serving as an efficient home office. The family bathroom, complete with a luxurious bath, is a testament to relaxation.
The expansive master bedroom on the top floor, a serene escape swathed in calming grey and blue tones.
Outside, the property does not disappoint with its sizeable back garden and driveway, providing ample space for outdoor activities and off-street parking. Nestled in a prime location with local amenities at your doorstep, this stunning residence is not just a house, but a place to call home for generations to come.
