Our Story starts in 2016 when we tried to sell a property we owned.

We used both a local and online estate agent and experienced poor communication, dated marketing techniques and were left with a feeling of disappointment in the whole process. We felt home owners deserved better, we deserved better.

We had a lightbulb moment.

We felt that we could combine our years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service and people management to a offer a new innovative way to sell your home. Where the customer is at the heart of every process and we sell your home like it’s our own.

We are both passionate about exceptional customer service and knew we wanted this to be the backbone of our offering. Implementing things like minimum call back standards and 2 point feedback checks.

We understood the move to digital marketing and through extensive research were the first estate agent in Scotland to offer Matterport 3D virtual tours as standard. This paired with stunning photography and social content

All of this ensures every customer receives the tools to achieve the best results.

Early successes included selling homes three time faster than the industry average, winning local and national awards but most importantly receiving outstanding feedback from our customers.

Over the past few years a lot has changed, the team has grown and we have hired people with the same passion for customer service who really believe in our shared objectives.
